Terms of delivery & prices
The prices are valid from 1 February 2020 and include the applicable VAT and packaging. Johanneli Fi Wine Cellar passes on the costs of deliveries 1:1 to the customer without additional charges:
Less than 5 kg:
Shipping in Switzerland: CHF 9.00
Shipping in Valais: CHF 8.00
Five to ten kilos:
Shipping in Switzerland: CHF 10.50
Shipping in Valais: CHF 9.50
Less than 10 to 20 kg:
Shipping in Switzerland: CHF 15.00
Shipping in Valais: CHF 14.00
Less than 20 to 30kg:
Shipping in Switzerland: CHF 21.00
Shipping in Valais: CHF 20.00
Orders of CHF 250.00 or more are delivered free of charge within Switzerland. Deliveries abroad must be organised by the customer.
Tap wine
If you discover that one of the bottles you have purchased from us has a taste of tap wine, we will reimburse you for it. We ask for your understanding that the fault must be detectable by us and that the bottle is still at least 3/4 full when you bring it to us in the wine cellar.
Payment for wine on tap
We ask for your understanding that we do not issue credit notes for individual bottles. We will either replace the bottle or you will receive a voucher for the amount, which you can redeem for a subsequent order.
Replacement for tap wine
You can choose whether you would like to purchase the same wine or a different wine from our range.
Deadline for exchanging tap wine
The deadline for exchanging a tap wine is 3 years from the grape harvest. This means that a wine bottled in 2024 can be exchanged until the end of 2027.
Payment methods
We accept cash payment (upon collection), credit cards, KLARNA payment, TWINT and invoice as payment methods. Please note that cash payment, credit cards or invoice will be accepted for pick-up at the wine cellar. All payment transactions in the online shop are SSL-certified, i.e. the protection of communication and your data is guaranteed on all our relevant websites. Online shops that have an SSL certificate are a guarantee for the confidentiality of data transmitted electronically.
Term of payment for invoice payment type
If you choose "invoice" as payment method, the invoice will be attached to the delivery. After receiving the delivery, please transfer the invoice amount within 30 days.
Wine
All wines are only available while stocks last. We reserve the right to replace a sold-out vintage with a younger vintage without notification.
